These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Razz AI mobile application and related services (the “App”), provided by Razz AI (“Razz”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App lets you generate images and short videos using artificial intelligence. You can apply pre-built templates to a photo you supply, or write your own prompt with one or more reference photos. Generations are performed by third-party AI models accessed on your behalf and returned to your device. We may add, change, or remove features, templates, models, or quality tiers at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
To use the App you must create an account by signing in with a Google or Apple identity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the credentials of that identity provider and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Generations are paid for in “credits”. The credit cost depends on the type of generation:
Credit costs may change over time. The current cost is displayed in the App before you confirm a generation.
A subscription provides a daily allowance of credits that resets each day at 00:00 UTC. Unused daily credits do not roll over. Subscriptions automatically renew at the price and interval shown in the App until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, or via the “Manage Subscription” option inside the App. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Credit bundles are one-time purchases that add a fixed number of credits to your balance. Bundle credits do not expire while your account is active and are consumed only after your daily subscription allowance, where applicable, is exhausted.
All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own terms. We do not receive or store your payment card information. Refund requests are governed by Apple’s and Google’s respective refund policies; you must request refunds directly from them. Except where required by law, credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.
If a generation fails for technical reasons on our side, we will refund the credits charged for that generation back to your account. We are not required to refund credits for generations that completed successfully but did not match your subjective expectations.
“Your Content” means the photos, prompts, and other inputs you submit to the App. You retain ownership of Your Content.
By submitting Your Content, you grant Razz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, process, and transmit Your Content to our AI-model providers for the sole purpose of operating the App and delivering generations to you. We do not use Your Content to train AI models, and we do not sell Your Content.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit Your Content and that doing so does not violate any law or any third party’s rights, including rights of privacy, publicity, or intellectual property.
You agree not to use the App, and not to upload prompts or images, to create or attempt to create content that:
You also agree not to: probe, scan, or test the App’s vulnerabilities; attempt to bypass credit accounting, subscription enforcement, or content moderation; reverse engineer the App except as permitted by law; use the App to build a competing service; or use any automated means to access the App other than as allowed by us.
We may, at our discretion, remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these rules.
AI models are probabilistic. Output may be inaccurate, offensive, unexpected, or similar to outputs generated for other users. Output may not be unique to you; given similar inputs, the same model may produce similar results for different users.
To the extent the law permits, and subject to the rights of third parties, you may use the output generated for you for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for reviewing output before you share or publish it, and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law, including disclosing AI involvement where required. Razz does not claim ownership of generated output, but does not warrant that you own it either — in many jurisdictions, unedited AI-generated output may not be protected by copyright.
The App, including its software, design, templates, prompts authored by us, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Razz or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use of the App itself. This license does not transfer any ownership.
The App relies on third-party services, including Google Firebase, Fal.ai, RevenueCat, the Apple App Store, and Google Play. Your use of those services through the App is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
You may stop using the App at any time. You may close your account by contacting us at the address below; closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of any unused credits or unexpired subscription period except as required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the App. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.
THE APP AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR APPROPRIATENESS OF AI-GENERATED OUTPUT FOR ANY PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAZZ AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE APP IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE APP DURING THAT PERIOD, OR (B) US$50.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Razz and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Your Content; (b) your use or misuse of the App; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Razz operates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the App or these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Continued use of the App after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the App.
